What are the mode of payment?
- We accept, credit card, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Paynow transaction.

However, do remember to provide a screenshot of your payment details for easy verification. We reserve the right to not proceed with your order without a receipt.

Do you accept cash on delivery?
- Unfortunately no. 

Do you ship internationally?
- Yes we do, for more details of the shipping rate please refer to our chart here. 

Do you provide self collection?
- We certainly do! Collection venue is strictly at Sembawang only. You will be notified via SMS/Whatsapp to arrange an appointment for collection. 

When will my items be dispatch after payment has been verified? 
- Items will be dispatched within the next 48h. :) 

Are we able to return the product should we found any defects?
- Please refer to our exchange/return policy here. 

What should I do if my item is lost during delivery?
- Please provide us the tracking number (If applicable) and we will contact the delivery handler for further information before getting back to you. Do note that we will not be held responsible if the items are mailed via normal postage.
