Exchange and Return Policy
-Customers are strongly advised to check the Products purchased at the time of delivery.If you have received an item with a defect or a wrong item, please email us immediately email@example.com, together with a short description and a photo image of the product. We will do a 1 to 1 exchange of the same product, or if it has been sold out, we will do an exchange of a similar priced product, otherwise, we will do a full refund back to you.
- Defected goods must be returned within 7 days from the original date of purchase.
- Returned item must be brand new/in the original state, together with the tag if applicable, otherwise an exchange/refund will not be valid, and returned item will be mailed back.
- We will not be held responsibility should the items that is mailed back lost during its way, so we encourage shoppers to mail the items back through registered postage/courier services.
- Once returned item has been received, we will mail back the exchange product within the next working day, and postage fee, this time, will be bared by us,
