Exchange and Return Policy
Customers are strongly advised to check the Products purchased at the time of delivery.
Defect/ Wrong Product Received
- If you have received an item with a defect or a wrong item, please email us immediately at email@example.com or drop us a text at +65 88358782, together with a short description and a photo image of the product. We will do a 1 to 1 exchange of the same product, or if it has been sold out, we will do an exchange of a similar priced product, otherwise, we will do a full refund back to you.
- Defected goods must be returned within 7 days from the original date of purchase.
- Returned item must be brand new/in the original state, together with the tag if applicable, otherwise an exchange/refund will not be valid, and returned item will be mailed back.
- We will not be held responsibility should the items that is mailed back lost during its way, so we encourage shoppers to mail the items back through registered postage/courier services.
- Once returned item for defect or wrong product has been received, we will mail back the exchange product within the next working day, and postage fee, this time, will be bared by us.
Exchange of Product due to Wrong Size
- We allow exchange of size for dog leash and harness products only
- Mailing fee will be borne by the customer for both return and shipping out, therefore we strong encourage customer to check the measurement before carting out.
